Once we have received your order, we then check stock levels and availability. You will be contacted by email to confirm an expected delivery date.

UK Mainland delivery charge £1.95. All orders are sent by courier.

Please note if you part return a order the delivery charge is re-calculcated and and the appropriate amount will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

Please note: We can only delivery products to the address to which your credit/debit card is registered to. All credit card orders are checked for a 3 digit security code match and a complete address match. This is to reduce credit card fraud.

Shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Scotland) only. Customers in the North of Scotland, Northern Island, or at island addresses are urged to contact us for a specific shipping quote before placing an order. This will allow us to find the best shipping quote for your particular order.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

Unwanted Goods:

We regret that products are not sold on a trial basis; unwanted goods can only be returned if they are re-saleable. This is subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the invoice or £20+VAT whichever is greater.
